April 2026 Highlights
Oscar Piastri – McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team
Oscar kicked April off in style, banking a P2 finish in Japan and keeping his championship campaign firmly on track. With McLaren's Miami build-up generating serious buzz heading into May, Piastri continues to prove he belongs at the very sharp end of the Formula 1 grid. We also hosted an Oscar Piastri Pop-Up Store in Melbourne — and if you were there, you already know how electric the atmosphere was.
Broc Feeney & Will Brown – Red Bull Ampol Racing (Supercars)
Across the Tasman, Broc Feeney delivered a standout performance to claim the Jason Richards Memorial Trophy – one of the most meaningful trophies in Australian Supercars. A brilliant result for Broc and the entire Red Bull Ampol Racing squad.
Shane van Gisbergen – Trackhouse Racing (NASCAR)
SVG's Talladega outing was vintage superspeedway chaos – dramatic, unpredictable, and impossible to look away from.
Pedro Acosta & Johann Zarco (MotoGP)
Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) and Johann Zarco (LCR Honda) both put in strong rides across the Americas-to-Europe stretch of the MotoGP calendar. The Quad Lock team was also on the ground at MotoGP Austin and MotoGP Jerez, soaking up the atmosphere and representing the brand at two of the season's most iconic venues.
Daniel 'Chucky' Sanders – Red Bull KTM Factory Racing (Rally-Raid)
One of the stories of the month. Chucky Sanders won Rally-Raid Portugal on a freshly-healed collarbone. Let that sink in. An incredible display of toughness and raw speed from one of Rally-Raid's most exciting talents.
Haiden Deegan & Quad Lock Honda Racing (AMA Supercross)
Haiden Deegan locked up the 250 West title — a massive achievement that cements his status as one of the most exciting young riders in American motocross. Huge congratulations to Haiden and the Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing team. And the Quad Lock Honda Racing squad continued to represent on the track as well in the 450cc.
On the Ground: Events We Attended in April
It wasn't just about the races – Quad Lock had a presence at some of the biggest events on the global calendar this month:
- MotoGP Austin: trackside in Texas for the Americas round
- Arizona Bike Week: celebrating riding culture in the American Southwest
- Sea Otter Classic: the world's largest cycling festival, right in Monterey, California
- MotoGP Jerez: the Spanish Grand Prix, one of MotoGP's most beloved venues
- Honourary shoutout to the Oscar Piastri Pop-Up Store, Melbourne in March: a home-grown event celebrating one of Australia's biggest motorsport stars
